Had dinner with Freddie who's gonna return to Concord on Saturday. I suggested Hanwoori for some korean barbeque coz I bet he can't get it in his little town or it is gonna be damn pricey. The process of confirming who is going was so difficult. In the end, 11 of us managed to make it and I'm too happy already. Sadly, Juin and Stephyy can't make it last minute.

It all begins with the korean side dishes.
We requested them to barbeque at the two empty tables in our room. it was a smart decision coz our table was soon full with food.

Apparently having eleven of us we have to at least order 7 sets of barbeque dish. I thought it will be too much. So we ordered 6 first. In the end when Willy and Ben came, It was not enough. The guys can really eat meat. In the end we ordered a total of 9.
The funny direct manager of Hanwoori, was so eager to have us to try their korean Soju and rice wine. So the guys decided to have a bottle of it. I tried a sip of it too. Me not that likey.

*Update* Went for Korean cuisine on Sunday night. At Han Woo Ri. I kinda like the kimchi side dish served there and also the ones from Nak Won. We had quite alot of dishes that night. Ginseng chicken soup with glutinous rice; Kimchi soup; pork and beef barbecue; Bibimbap & Kimchi pancake.
I think the last time I had ginseng chicken soup was when I went Korea, year 2008. That was a long time ago. Not a fan of that dish :P

Went to Kenanga Wholesale City with my girls on Monday. Enjoyed the last day of Chinese New Year - Chap Goh Mei with Rene, Stephyy and Jiun. Bought 2 tops and a high-waisted shorts. Jiun went off early and bought us this palatable fruit tarts from De Pastry Chef. *thumbs up*

After being there for 2 hours plus, we needed a good lunch. Took a cab to Sakae Sushi @ Timesquare . *first time taking a cab with the girls in Malaysia* Hard time locating the restaurant.
It is newly opened so it is different from the other Sakae Sushi restaurant. It's using Ipad as menu. Does other branch use it too? Seldom visit to Sakae Sushi so I'm not quite sure about the kind of menu used in elsewhere.
Had yee sang with friends for the very first time. Actually prefer this yee sang than the normal one served in Chinese restuarants. The Chinese restaurants' yee sang has like most of the ingredient that I don't eat.
We wished for many things when we were lou-ing the Prosperity yee sang. Hopefully it will come true! :D
